Cool: Thermal Barrier Coating

Our best in class thermal barrier coating stops 95% of all solar heat, including 99% of IR heat and UV, keeping your building a few degrees above ambient. This effectively stops thermal cycling, thermal bridging and a lot of envelope damage. 

A high emissivity rating (0.91) means it releases 91% of heat absorbed while also slowing the movement of air and humidity. This makes it a great choice for indoor roof decks. Especially after air sealing.

Dry: Waterproofing

For retrofit applications like this, waterproofing often starts at the roof. A flat roof is normally the problem child of every facility manager and O&M person.

The ultimate cause of many roof problems is the sun. Either the UV is degrading materials and causing embritlement or the IR (heat) is causing too much expansion and contraction for the degraded materials to keep up.

My Thermal Barrier Coating solves both these problem by blocking 99% of both UV and IR spectrum. It keeps a surface a few degrees above ambient. Very handy for hot climates like Texas, New Mexico or Arizona.

Other waterproofing issues are flashing, cracks, condensation and rain. My solutions work equally well for positive, negative and blind side applications.

Water based fluid applied solution absorbs into concrete, expands in the capillaries and makes the concrete impervious to water.
